Residents of rebel-held city in Congo face currency crisis

BUKAVU, Congo -- Residents of a Congolese city find themselves with money that can't be spent after banknotes, hole-punched and apparently meant for destruction, were reintroduced into circulation after a rebel group's invasion forced the banks to close.
